COACH DUNCAN WOOD
Duncan
Wood, a long time Personal Excellence athlete, is now serving as an
Assistant Coach for Personal Excellence. Duncan brings many years
of experience in both duathlon and triathlon to the role. He has
qualified for the Canadian Team in both sports several times and has
raced at multiple World Championships internationally. Duncan is the
2003 Canadian Duathlon Champion in his age group. His long association
with Coach Jane, means he is attuned to the Personal Excellence
coaching philosophy.
