Coaching Program Pricing and Options

Level Multi-sport Single Sport
Basic $90 Program Review

$175 / month (This service is limited to a maximum of 6 athletes)

Note: Ironman & Powerman athletes are accepted in  Level II or Level III only.

Basic Program Review

Who it’s for: This program is designed for the athlete who already has a training schedule but would like it reviewed by an experienced coach.  For example, you may have a marathon schedule that you have followed successfully, but want to fine tune it to improve your performance.

Coach Consultation: An appointment will be set up to evaluate your program by telephone or in person.  Together you and your coach will tailor and refine your program to suit your specific needs.

Follow-up (optional): Once a month thereafter you have the option of contacting your coach by phone or e-mail for further refinement, questions or guidance.

Entry Level Program

Who it’s for: This program is designed for the athlete who wants guidance from an experienced coach to set up a personal training program without the commitment to ongoing coaching support and feedback.

Coach Consultation: An appointment will be set up to help you design your program, either by telephone or in person. 

Follow-up (optional): Once a month thereafter, or at any time in the next 6 months, you have the option of contacting your coach by phone or e-mail for further refinement, questions or guidance.

Level I Coaching Program

Who it’s for: This program is designed for the athlete who has a predictable life schedule.

A Customized Program: A personal performance plan, specifically tailored to your fitness level, physiology and goals, based on an extensive start-up interview and questionnaire, is provided to you in 2-4 week blocks.

Performance Tracking: Your performance and training will be continuously monitored and the program adjusted as necessary.

Coach Consultations: Each month you have up to 60 minutes of member-initiated telephone consultation, or local athletes can have face-to-face meetings. E-mail communication is available once a week.

Training Information: From time to time information directly applicable to you regarding mental training, sport technical issues, etc. will be sent to you.

 * Minimum Terms: A 3-month minimum enrolment is required, month to month thereafter.

Level II Coaching Program

Who it’s for: This program is designed for the athlete who has specific goals and is seeking to perform at their personal best levels.

A Customized Program: A hand crafted, fully customized personal performance plan, specifically tailored to your goals, your life schedule, your lifestyle, your fitness level and physiology. The program is initially based on an extensive start-up interview and questionnaire, and is provided to you in 1-2 week blocks.

Excellence: Specific goals will be established to develop and refine the mental skills required for effective training and competition.

Performance Tracking: Your performance and training will be continuously monitored and the program adjusted weekly, as necessary, to reflect your progress and challenges.

Coach Consultations: Each month you have up to 120 minutes of member-initiated telephone consultation or local athletes can have face-to-face meetings. E-mail communication is available twice a week.

Training Information: From time to time information directly applicable to you regarding mental training, sport technical issues, etc. will be sent to you.

 * Minimum Terms: A 3-month minimum enrolment is required.

Brenda Ross

Level III Coaching Program

Who it’s for: Entrance into this level is limited to those athletes with challenging long-term goals who are making fitness a part of their lifestyle. The coach/athlete partnership engenders daily training accountability with the coach becoming your trusted daily advisor.

A Customized Program: A hand crafted, fully customized personal performance plan, specifically tailored to your goals, your life schedule, your lifestyle, your fitness level and physiology. The program is initially based on an extensive start-up interview and questionnaire, and is provided to you in 1-2 week blocks.

Excellence: Extensive development of your mental training skills will be pursued. This will incorporate race preparation, race strategy, and development of mental skills such as distraction control, relaxation, performance imagery, refocusing, use of cue words, etc. 

Performance Tracking: Your performance and training will be monitored and adjusted daily, as necessary, to meet your lifestyle and your goals.

Coach Consultations: Member-initiated telephone consultation is unlimited. Local athletes will have bi-weekly meetings to plan and refine your program. The coach will contact you as required to provide direction and refinement of your progress. E-mail communication is available at all times.

Training Information: Articles, information, etc. directly applicable to you regarding nutrition, mental training, sport technical issues, etc. will be e-mailed to you directly from time-to-time.

 ** Minimum Terms: A 6-month minimum enrolment is required.
